Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Haut Home purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
